Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At MGD Jewellery, we are committed to delivering fine-quality gold and diamond jewellery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer return, refund, and exchange options under the conditions outlined below.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The product is returned with original packaging, invoice, and all certificates (if applicable)
  • The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

2. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn or damaged jewellery
  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery
  • Products without original packaging, invoice, or certification

3. Exchange Policy

  • Eligible products may be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value
  • In case of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or phone
  2. Provide:
    • Order details
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Product images (if requested)

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.


5. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned products undergo a quality inspection
  • MGD Jewellery reserves the right to approve or reject the request based on product condition

6. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer
  • In case of:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Damaged product received
      → We will bear the return shipping cost

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images of the product and packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • Customers may initiate a return after delivery as per this policy
