Refund Policy

At MGD Jewellery, we take pride in delivering high-quality gold and diamond jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund process under the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The item must be returned with original packaging, invoice, and all accompanying materials
  • The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and business reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or damaged jewellery
  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery
  • Products returned without original packaging or documentation

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via:
    • Email or phone
  2. Provide:
    • Order details
    • Reason for return
    • Product images (if requested)

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

4. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt
  • Refunds will only be processed if the product meets our return conditions
  • MGD Jewellery reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the criteria

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval

6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Damaged product received

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return policy will apply
